이탈리아 남쪽 항구인 바리 항에서 한 그리스발 독일행 트럭에서 오랜지 속에 숨겨진 2발의 AMRAAM 미사일이 발견되었습니다.
트럭에서 발견된 발송장은 독일의 두개의 마을을 목적지로 하고 있었으며 무등록 화물트럭의 2명의 운전자는 현제 심문중이라고 합니다.

나중에 알고보니깐..  어디 뺴돌려지거나(밀수) 지나애들이 뺴돌릴려고했던 그런게아니라.. 그리스공군의 팬텀에 달아서 훈련할때 썻던 더미?(디코이?)였고 쓰고나서 돌려보내는것이었다네요..

그래도 DHL을 썼다는게 좀 웃긴 ㅎㅎ

After their presence was no longer needed the company decided to ship them back to Germany the same way they brought them to Greece - via an international transport company-

The Italian authorities were stunned at the begining ,believing they stumbled on something big....The media had a party and statements were made on the big success by Italian customs,before they were able to verify the stories of the German drivers.....which btw they had all the nessesary documents .. the Italian authorities confirmed their story later on, released them ,and the party was over...
the "cheaper" transit bollocks ,is a story invented by the Italian media to cover up the "shoot first ask questions later" attitude (or incompetence take your pick) of the Customs service which finally got its 15 minutes of fame..

Two air-to-air missiles discovered by Italian police in a truck that arrived at the port of Bari from Patras were harmless replicas that had been sent to Greece for use in military exercises, Greek defense officials said yesterday. When Italian authorities informed their Greek counterparts that the two missiles had been found on the truck, there were initially fears that the weapons had been smuggled out of a Greek air base. Checks on the Greek side confirmed that the missiles were replicas and had been sent over for use by F-4 Phantom jet fighters in exercises.

그래서 저밑에 LAX(LA공항)  MUC(뮌헨공항) 이 써져있던거였네요... 미국에서 EADS로 보냈던것인듯...
