호주군 입대에 관한 메일이 왔는데... 해석이 -_-;;

호주군에 입대를 할까 해서 국방성에 메일을 보냈더니 아래와 같이 답장이 왔는데 조금 어렵네요...
무슨 뜻인지 혹시 해석 가능하실까요? 게시판 성격이 조금 틀린것 같지만 다른 분들이 많이들 보시는
게시판이 여기인것 같아 부득이 하게 여기다가 올리게 되었습니다...
이거야 원...... 입대가 된다는 뜻인지 아닌지... -_-;
ps. 참고로... 전 우리나라에서 육군 제대한 전역 장병(?) 입니다. 해외로 병역 도피 하는 거 아니고
새로운 인생을 찾아볼까 해서 입니다... 그러니 너무 비난하지 마세요~

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your enquiry re transferring to the Australian Army and the following is for your information;
1. Australian Army Overseas Transfers are open to people currently serving or have had previous experience with a foreign defence force and meet the skills required by the Australian Army.
2. You can apply for an overseas transfer to the Australian Army by submitting an Application Form, Trade Certificates, Course Reports and a minimum of three Confidential Reports. You must be eligible to discharge within 12 - 18 months of submission of your application.
3. At the time of your application, applicants must hold the rank or held the rank of at least substantive Sergeant. Once assessed, most applicants will drop one rank upon transferring. If you are required to drop more then one rank, a you will be informed via e-mail.
4. You may still be able to join the Australian Army, if you are able to make your own way to Australia and obtain Australian Citizenship. Once you have been granted Australian Citizenship you then need to get in contact with Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) either via phone 13 19 01 or website (www.defencejobs.gov.au). You need to be aware that although you may gain Citizenship, it is not guaranteed that you will be enlisted into the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
5. More information on immigration and visas can be obtained from the Department of Immigration website (www.immi.gov.au).
Should you require clarification on anything above, please contact myself via e-mail or on the numbers below.
If you require an application form, please reply back to this e-mail and inform us of your military Trade/ Appointment, without knowing this information we are unable to forward one to you.

기본적으로 18개월 정도의 평가 기간이 소요가 된다고 하네요. 말씀하신 것 처럼 입대가 결정되면 시민권과는 상관없이 호주 국방성에서 이민 보증을 선다고 하는것 같습니다. 다만 외국에서도 많은 경력자들이 지원하고 있어서 상당히 높은 기술 수준을 요구 하는 것 같네요... 상당히 장벽이 높은 편 이라고 합니다.
그래서 일단 우리나라 국방부에 관련 문서를 제가 증명서로 받을수 있을지 민원을 제기해 놓은 상태 입니다... 이 기회에 호주군 입대 모임이라도 만들어야 하는건 아닌지... 쩝...

개인적으로 호주로 가서 시민권을 딴다고 하더라도 호주국방군의 입대가 보장되는 것은 아니라네요.
위의 신시 님의 말대로 특정병과에 숙련된 기술병등을 확보하기 위한 일종의 군입대 이민인데요. 편입이 되면 1계급을 낮추어 복무하게 된답니다.
지원서를 원하시면 이메일로 보직 및 직위 계급 등에 관한 정보를 알려달라고 합니다. 그래야만 지원서를 보내준다네요. 우리군의 특성상 병과 및 보직을 증명하고 복무기간중의 성적 및 기록을 제공받기가 쉽지 않을텐데요, 만약 사병 출신이시라면. 한번 자세 히 알아보셔야 겠네요. 호주군에서 Trade라고 하는게 보직이나 병과를 의미한본데 잘 모르겠네여.
