잠수함의 은밀성과 결합된다면 삼녕이 바다인 우리 대한민국에게는
나름대로의 잠수부대의 보존과 생존성은 보장이 될듯싶습니다만
물론 건설비나 기타는 생각해보아야 될문제입니다만
