Load Bearing Equipment
This new system is called the SOFLCS, or Special Operations Forces Load Carrying System. It is currently being fielded to Army Special Forces. It is made by Eagle Industries and appears to be a very well thought out system. It uses component designs from several different manufacturers including Eagle, Paraclete, Black Hawk, Tactical Taylor, and other well known companies. Eagle is making them, but there is no mistaking the designs!
There are two sets of gear that come in huge bags similar to aviators bags. They are the individual and team kits. We got the kits after several Team guys had pawed thru them. We know some items are not shown in these pictures, and we are not sure if any of the medic items came in the individual kit. If we can get a packing list from Eagle we will post the way the kits came from the factory. This is the way we received them. We do not yet have the new body armor but we know that it is being made by Paraclete.
