며미국 해군대학의 중국해군 문제 전문가들이 대만 해군에게 해준 충고가
대만 언론에 보도된 적이 있습니다.

여기 보면 정말 따끔한 충고들이 나옵니다.
Taipei would have to “forgo its desire for sea control” and “resist the allure of the high-end ships strong navies use to take command of vital expanses,”
대만은 고성능 함선으로 이루어진 강한 함대로 중요한 해역을 직접 통제하겠다는 욕망을 버리고 잊어야 한다라고 하고

 


Taiwan should develop and deploy “swarms of small surface and subsurface combatants” to wage a “people’s war at sea” that would make its naval forces “an exceptionally hard target that packs a wallop.”
소형의 수상함 및 잠수정 '떼거리'로 게릴라전을 통해 중요한 목표물만 타격하는 전법을 써야 한다라고 하고

It would also require Taipei to forgo “desirable,” albeit no longer feasible, priorities such as sea-lane security and the defense of the Spratlys
탐은 나지만 더이상 이룰수 없는 꿈인, 시레인(해상교통로) 보호나 남사군도 방어 같은 목표는 버려야 한다고 하네요.

Protecting the homeland comes first
해군력의 목표는 본토 방어가 최우선이어야 한다고 하고

Taiwan no longer has the luxury of a “balanced fleet that is capable in every dimension of naval warfare,” such as securing sea lanes and breaking maritime blockades, and should instead create “an unbalanced fleet, seeking out comparative advantages, targeting finite resources to bolster these advantages, and cutting back ruthlessly on functions that lie beyond the ROCN’s means.”
더이상 모든 측면에서의 위협-특히 시레인(해상교통로) 보호나 해상봉쇄 돌파-을 대비한다는 목적의 균형잡힌 함대를 가진다는 사치를 누릴 여유가 없다,
꼭 필요한 측면에서만 비교우위를 갖는 불균형 함대를 건설해야 한다고 했고,

Clinging to a SAG naval strategy will only create opportunities for China (to defeat Taiwan’s military on day one, the authors write.
미국식의 수상전투그룹 전략은 단지 중국에게 대만의 해군력을 전쟁 첫날에 격파시킬 수 있는 기회만을 제공할 뿐이다...라고까지 했습니다.

 

하지만 적정숫자의 대형함도 필요한데 대형함을 건조한다면 어쩡하게 만들지말고 고성능,스텔스함으로 만들어서 생존성을 높여서 건조해야 할것입니다.

어떻게 보면 중국에게 대항할 우리해군의 방향과도 맞지않을까 하는 생각도 해봅니다.. 같은 크기의 대형함 숫자로는 중국의 물량을 당해낼수가 없습니다.
