인도네시아의 안타라 통신 8월 29일 보도에 따르면 인도네시아가 한국과 러시아의 은행들로부터 돈을 꿔 얼마 전에 발표된 러시아의 Su-27SKM 3대와 Su-30MK2 3대의 값을 내는 것을 생각하고 있답니다.

Govt to ask foreign banks to finance purchase of sukhoi jet fighters
Malang (ANTARA News) - The government is considering to ask foreign banks of South Korea and Russia to finance its plan to purchase Sukhoi jet fighters worth US$350 million.
"Our team is still studying the possibility of the two foreign banks` participation in financing the purchase of six Sukhois, the agreement of which has been signed by the two governments," defense minister Juwono Sudarsono said here on Wednesday during an inspection of the Abdulrahmansaleh air force base in Malang, East Java.
He said the planned purchase of the Russsian aircraft had been completely processed and only awaiting approval of the finance ministry on the sources of the funds.
He said the plan would not be part of a Russian credit scheme worth US$1 billion.
"Its budget has been put in the export credit allocation for 2004-2009. So it is not a part of the state credits from Russia," he said.
He said further that the plan including defense cooperation between Indonesia and Russia would be discussed during the planned visit of Russian president Vladimir Putin here early next month.

과거부터 지금도 마찬가지 입니다만 대한민국과 인도네시아나 인접한 아세안 국가들과의
고위 관료 회담등을 보면 빠지지 않고 나오는 내용이 안보입니다...
서로들 중국에 대한 두려움이 있죠... 화교 경제의 부각, 남사군도 문제등등...
물론 우리의 국익을 생각해야 겠습니다만, 먼 미래를 위해서라도 일단은 구데리안님의 의견처럼 민간은행의 문제로 치부하고 그들과의 관계를 돈독히 할 필요가 있다고 생각합니다...
