법안이 통과되면 최소 180일내 대통령에게 중국이 뭔짓을 했는지 보고서가 올라가고 중국과 원자력협정을 파기할지 안할지 논의함.

부품 공급이 중단되면 발전소가 중단 될 수 있기에 심각해집니다.
