개발사 우랄바곤자보드가 부총리가 비싸서 대량생산 안 하느니 하는 말은

생산에 영향 없을 거고 아르마타 생산은 이미 체결된 계약에 대라 진행 되고

있다고 했습니다.

또, 국방부 차관은 아르마타 체계의 신뢰성이 기존 장비들 보다 높다고 하며

부총리와는 전혀 다른 뉘앙스의 말을 하기도 했습니다.
